Alhaji Abubakar A. A. Gumbi an APC elder State Man and a Gubernatorial Candidate in the upcoming 2023 General Election in Sokoto State under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC), send his condolence message to the good people of Sokoto State over the tragic incident that occurred in the State.
It is with a heavy heart that I sympathize with the families of the victims of the carnage that happened in Sokoto State. I extend my deepest and most sincere condolences to their families and the good people of Sokoto State.
The spate of kidnapping and banditry in this part of the country is deplorable and highly condemnable. I call on the government to remember their fundamental constitutional duty of protection the lives of its citizens. The government must wake up to her responsibility.
While we continue to pray to Allah to forgive and admit the deceased into Jannah, I call for calm and peace. We should continue to be vigilante and law abiding. May Allah grant us all the fortitude to bear this bitter loss.
We all must wakeup in ensuring that we put an end to this devilish act that is destroying our people and our region, we all must come and work together collectively ranging from our individual self to our district head in our community to our Chairmen of the various local Government, our state Government and in general the federal Government, collectively we can fight this evil and demonic crime and criminal that are destroying our beloved country Nigeria.
