The newly elected national president of Nigerian football federation Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau, has promised to collaborate with other stakeholders for development and revival of football industry in Nigeria.
Gusau who made the promised in an acceptance speech after inaugurated as the newly elected NFF executive, during the annual general assembly recently held in Benin City, Edo state.
According to the national president the Nigerian football industry had drastically setback, promised of an immediate revival for the development of soccer industry to retained our national and international standard.
"I promised to resolves the lingering crisis affecting the industry, and however promised to carry the professionals bodies together for the development and urged them to bring a positive support for the development of football in Nigeria".
Gusau was the former chairman of chairmen of Nigerian football federation, and ex-member NFF.
He won the elections at first round and and the re-run with Twenty One votes(21)and Thirty Nine votes respectively, defeating Mr Perterside Idag who score one and one vote for all the two rounds of the elections. While Mr Seyi Akinwunmi and Shehu Dikko who's score's Twelves (12) and Six (6)votes all in the first round and later on step downed for Gusau.
