The Publicity Secretary of the All Progressive Congress in Kaduna State, Salisu Tanko Wunsono has charged youths all over the country to close ranks, eschew religious, regional and tribal differences in order to move the country ahead .
Wonsunu who spoke to media practitioners at his Kaduna office during the Independent celebration added that the youths who are the backbone of the country must rise above all sentiments to make sure that Nigeria truly emerge as a great country .
"My appeal to the youths is that we approaching the electioneering year, let the youths who are the backbone of the country to come together and elect Nigerians who would develop the and unite the country, he said .
If the youths come together irrespective tribal, regional and religious differences then Nigeria is on the path to greater heights .
The APC publicity Secretary further added that all Nigerians should be proud that the country today is experiencing over 22 years of unbroken democratic voyage .
"The journey so far is good because we are talking about Independence of the country and it is linked to the electoral process and so far, we have had over twenty years of unbroken democratic process .
This is a huge achievement .
"Before this democratic experience we had the military interfereing in governance but that is no longer the case, he added
