2023 Presidency: Vote Osinbajo for his outstanding performance - DOFF DG

The Director General and Convener of Dolapo Osinbajo Friends and Fans (DOFF), Mrs. Bolanle Kaji-Hausa has called on Nigerians to come out en mass and vote for Prof. Yemi Osinbajo as the president of Nigeria in the 2023 General Elections under the All Progressives Congress (APC). 

The Convener made the disclosure while during the unveiling of DOFF a volunteer support group in Abuja on Monday. 

She said " it is not long before Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo declared to run for the 2023 Presidential Election on the platform of our great Party the All Progressives Congress, fate beckoned on me to create and run this Support Group to rally massive support for the amiable wife of Prof. Osinbajo, Her Excellency Mrs. Dolapo Osinbajo towards ensuring the actualization of his dream as the best aspiring candidate for the highest political office in the Nigeria.

" The Clarion call for Osinbajo's declaration was based on his loyalty to over 200million Nigerians. This is not farfetched considering the tremendous achievements this Government has recorded in the last 7years under President Muhammadu Buhari. 

"Being part and parcel of this Administration, Prof. Osinbajo is equipped to tackle the problems cutting across socio-economic, insecurity and infrastructural challenges facing our dear nation ".

Mrs. Kaji-Hausa stressed that their roles at DOFF, being a volunteer organization is to woo and persuade teeming Nigerians, most especially the women and youths to come out en mass to vote for Prof. Osinbajo to move this country towards achieving greater heights in the 2023 General Elections. 

She said "This of course is predicated on his winning the APC primaries by the end of coming May. We have therefore kickstarted consultations and mobilization across the length and breath of this great country.

According to her it is worthy of note that within his seven-year tenure so far as Vice-President, Prof. Osinbajo has served Nigeria outstandingly playing key supportive roles to his principal, His Excellency Pres. Muhammadu Buhari culminating in his serving as acting President for more than 120 non-consecutive days while his principal was on medical vacation between 2016 and 2018. 

"Of profound importance is the Vice President's extreme loyalty to his boss that has earned him envy within the political space. This in turn has earned him huge support from his boss.

"Aside Prof. Osinbajo's most intimidating profile is his exemplary family life particularly the loyalty of his beautiful wife, Her Excellency, Mrs. Dolapo Osinbajo to him. Again is Mrs. Osinbajo's good working relationship with the First Lady, Her Excellency, Dr. Aisha Buhari."

"These factors among several others that space will not permit us in this occasion to enumerate are the reasons for choosing to mobilize millions of Nigerians both at home and the diaspora to support Prof. Yemi Osinbajo- SAN GCON through this platform and medium.

The DG said " I'm soliciting the supports  so that together our collective efforts will contribute in no small measure to electing and enthroning Prof. Yemi Osinbajo as President come 2023, and our dear Second Lady of Nigeria as First Lady.

She noted that DOFF will ever be willing to partner and synergize with other political groups,  professional bodies, trade organizations, civil society organizations etc, to ensure  a landmark mobilization of the electorates for the actualization of Osinbajo's Presidency come 2023.
