NRM Not In Merger Talk With Any Political Party:

The  National Rescue Movement (NRM has) has debunked the notion that it is in talk with certain  political party with the view of merging  .

In a statement made available to journalists and signed its National Publicity Security, Sola Afuye, the party asked the standard bearers of other political parties not to entertain any merger talk with any one under the banner of the NRM and it is not in way considering merging with any party

Afuye's statement read:

The National Rescue Movement is using every available opportunity to inform the public and other political parties that NRM is not in any merger discussion or any alliance talk with any political party ahead of 2023 general election.

The party is advising Presidential Candidates and parties to shun any secret alliance talk with anyone in the name of NRM.

Ahead of 2023 general elections, we remain committed and faithful to the objectives of our party  and never shall we drift away  from our  yawning precipice.

Our concern at the moment is to galvanise, strategise and be positive on winning elections comes 2023 by the grace of God.

Moving forward, our party, National Rescue Movement will no longer tolerate any form of distraction from any political jobber.

NRM  is still very much in the Presidential race and other constituencies positions to be contested in 2023 general elections.

Our membership drive is on going, we have not closed shop. We are calling on the good people of our dear nation, Nigeria at home and the diaspora to join the rescue team, National Rescue Movement (NRM) to salvage the situation we found ourselves in the country. God help us.
